We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the conditions below before requesting a return or exchange.

Egypt orders

Full-price items may be returned or exchanged when the request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Sale items are not eligible for cash refunds. They are eligible for one size exchange or store credit within 7 days, subject to availability.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmodified and undamaged, with the original tags attached and original packaging included.
Customers cover return and redelivery charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or incorrect items remain eligible for a return, exchange or refund when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged, except for faulty or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
