Egypt Orders

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged.
• The tag is still attached to the item(s).
• The items are returned in their original packaging.
• Items cannot be tried on or opened when the courier delivers them.
• The refund will be processed to the same method of payment.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

International Orders

• Return or exchange requests must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order.
• Items must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged.
• The tag is still attached to the item(s).
• The items are returned in their original packaging.
• The refund will be processed to the same method of payment.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
