Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to have the best shopping experience possible. Every item is carefully inspected by our team before it reaches you.However, we kindly ask you to check your order upon arrival.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it or refund the full amount you paid.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.
  • Items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Exchanges – Egypt Orders

  • If you would like to exchange a non-defective item, kindly email us at hello@altaluneworld.com with the subject line:
    “Exchange – Order # (insert order number)” within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Additional delivery fees apply to all exchanges.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes inspection.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must not be used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, stains, makeup, or odors.
  • Tags must remain attached to the item(s).
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns – Egypt Orders

  • If you wish to return a non-defective item, email hello@altaluneworld.com with the subject line:
    “Return – Order # (insert order number)” within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds exclude shipping fees and are processed within 5–7 working days after the item reaches our office and passes inspection.
  • Return shipping fees apply for all non-defective returns.

Final Sale Items

  • Final Sale items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit
  • Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Orders (Returns & Exchanges)

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, so please order carefully.
  • For defective or incorrect international items, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please email us at hello@altaluneworld.com or message us on Instagram @altaluneworld.
  • Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.

Inspection & Final Decision

  • All returned items undergo a thorough quality check.
  • Altalune reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if any conditions are not met.
  • Our team’s evaluation is final.
