Shipping Policy

At Altalune, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Please review the details below regarding processing times, delivery timelines, and shipping responsibilities.

Domestic Orders (Egypt)

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated within 1–5 business days after shipment.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified.
  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
    We will do our best to assist; however, orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.
  • Weekend & Holiday Processing: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.

International Orders

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated within 4–9 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country.
  • Duties & Taxes: International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
    Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns: International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight. This excludes customs duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs office.
  • Courier Communication: For delivery–related inquiries, please contact the courier directly. For product questions, reach out to hello@altaluneworld.com.

Sold-Out Items

If an item in your order becomes unavailable, you will be notified via email and offered:

  • a suitable replacement,
  • a store credit, or
  • a full refund.

Restrictions

Altalune will not ship products or provide services to countries sanctioned by OFAC, in compliance with Egyptian law.

Shipping Fees

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost. These amounts will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Altalune is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Altalune is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the courier.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
